Meet Eileen Monahan... | |
| Eileen is a native Brooklynite and mother of three grown sons, Robert, Daniel and Keith. As a member of the Narrows Community Theater since 1992, Eileen has been fortunate enough to portray some of musical theater's most beloved characters such as Sister Sarah in GUYS AND DOLLS, Aunt Sissy in A TREE GROWS IN BROOKLYN, Dolly Levy in HELLO DOLLY, Mame Dennis in MAME and one of the most challenging roles of all, Mama Rose in GYPSY. She has also appeared in various original productions at Manhattan cabaret clubs -- Don’t Tell Mama, Rose’s Turn and Dillon’s. Eileen is delighted to be part of the Rhapsody Players, where she is able to sing wonderful songs simply for the joy of singing. | |||
